Booking is binding from the time you receive a booking confirmation.

BAS is the cheaper option and suits you who are completely sure of travel days and dates.
In the event of cancellation, no part of the amount you have paid will be refunded.

FLEX is the flexible option for you who want more freedom with your booking.
You can cancel and change your booking until 12:00 the day before arrival with a full refund of the booking amount (minus an administrative fee of SEK 100 per accommodation).

If you have started your stay and for some reason are forced to cancel it, no money will be refunded.

Only one accommodation unit is allowed on the camping pitch. That is, either a caravan, a motorhome or a tent. Exceptions can be made for families (max. 2 adults & 3 children) with a small extra children's tent that can be set up on the same camping pitch. Keep in mind that the same fire regulations still apply - it's your responsibility to fit the tent on the camping pitch and still leave room for your neighbours.

If we do not provide the cottage or camping site in the promised condition and are unable to offer you another similar cottage or camping site, you have the right to terminate the lease. Then the entire rental cost is refunded. If you have complaints, these should be given to us as soon as possible. Errors that occur must be reported immediately so we get a chance to correct this.

The agreement expires with immediate effect if
- you or someone in your company behaves disruptively
- you or someone in your party commits damage
- if the cottage or camping pitch is used for an unintended purpose.

If the agreement ceases to apply due to above, you and your party must leave the cottage or camping pitch and you then have no right to a refund.
